Very clean, spatious apartment with a recent renovated bathroom. Kitchen had everything you need. Private garden was enjoyable for the kids ( 4 and almost 2 yrs old ). Although the weather wasn't that good, our son enjoyed the swimming pool. Also the fishes in the pool were an attraction for them. Manuel was very friendly, and helpful in case we needed any information. Kudos! The center of Erpel is quite small, a typical center of a small village. There is a bakery, a cafe and three restaurants I believe. Beware that you can only pay cash in most of them :p Supermarkets are only a 5 min drive by car from the apartment. There is a small playground in the neighbourhood. The ferry for non-motorized vehicles to Remagen is a 10min walk, bit a pity that it only goes between 7u00 - 7u30 and 13u30 - 18u, which forces you to use the car and take the ferry from Linz ( 5 min drive ) Cycling and running/walking is perfectly possible from the location.

Everything was wonderful! So clean and spacious! We really appreciated having two separate bathrooms. The pool, garden, fitness room and sauna were very nice amenities as well. Highly recommend this lovely property!

We absolutely loved the property - it was spotlessly clean, spacious, well-equipped and practical. The garden was an oasis of calm and relaxation, but only 10 minutes walk from the village square and station. If you’re looking to explore the Rhine between Koblenz and Köln, or even head to the Eifel or Mosel, Manuel’s place is perfect. Manuel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and was a great host.
