About this apartment rental
Fully equipped holiday apartment for 2 (+2) persons with approx. 60,00m² living space. Short stays of less than 3 nights do not include linen and towels are provided for stays of 4 nights or more.
The apartment is fully equipped and all rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Furthermore, there is a seating area in the outdoor area, as well as various benches and sun loungers invite you to relax.
Ideal is the apartment for two people. However, there is the option for older children from the age of 10 to use the gallery as a retreat area with sleeping facilities. However, this can only be reached via a pull-out staircase. Please take this into account when booking.
The comfortable apartment has a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bright bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The kitchen includes all necessary kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. A washing machine with integrated dryer is located in the bathroom.
Are you looking for a holiday apartment or holiday apartment to relax in, surrounded by nature and rural idyll? Then they are in good hands with us. Nestled in a spacious park, the converted, at the turn of the century, coach house has a pond, with everything that goes with it.
The listed building was extensively renovated by us and prepared with great attention to detail for use as an exclusive holiday home.
Here you will find two residential units. Our holiday apartment Schneeweißchen for 2 (+2) persons and the family friendly apartment Rosenrot. Both apartments have a high quality equipment with partly antique furniture.
Another accommodation, as an absolute highlight, is our restored circus car from the 20s. Live like a ringmaster with us at the coach house on the pond.
For holidaymakers who want to travel with their own horse, it is possible to book a horse box in our stable. Of course, in summer you can also use the pastures directly at the house.
On the site there are various employment opportunities such as table football, garden chess. For our little guests we offer pony rides, from 10 € per 0,5h.
About the trail leading past the coach house to Ransbach-Baumbach, doctors, pharmacies, various supermarkets and discounters can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
The price stated at the apartment does not include bed linen and towels. Fewo charges its fees on the total price, these are included in the price shown here. These are fully in the apartment, but to keep the price in the context, the linen package can be booked separately (15,00 € per person)
This must be paid in cash on arrival. This also applies to all other additional services. From 2019 breakfast can be booked from May to September. Please inquire in advance as this is offered from at least 3 persons and three nights stay.
Please note that the cancellation of the apartment is associated with additional expenses and the refund amount less a processing fee of 15%. Therefore, in case of doubt, please inquire first and then book.

Eine herrlich grüne Oase zu der man nach, z.B. Radtouren u. Wanderung gerne zurück kommt. Die Umgebung bietet ausreichend Gelegenheiten für Aktivitäten, um anschließen "zu Hause" Entsannung pur zu genießen.
Das Haus ist liebvoll restauriert, es ist hervorragend gelungen, den alten Charme mit modernster Technik zu kombinieren. So das man sich auch bei schlechteren Wetter sehr wohlfühen kann.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind herzlich empfangen worden, die Wahrscheinlichkeit das wir wiederkommmen ist sehr hoch. :)

Das alte Kutscherhaus mit seinen beiden Ferienwohnungen ist sehr aufwendig restauriert!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche In der Ferienwohnung 'Schneeweißchen'.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Weihnachtsdekoration, die die Besitzer auf dem riesigen Grundstück aufstellen.
Der Blick abends aus dem Fenster auf diese Lichterspiele wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben!
Außerdem gab es noch ein phantastisches Silvesterfeuerwerk auf dem Grundstück - schöner als auf den Rheinbrücken!
Sehr überrascht waren wir auch über die vielen Möglichkeiten zu wandern! Die Wege sind sehr gut ausgeschildert - die Landschaft einfach herrlich!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank für die nette und persönliche Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren im August 2016 mit unserem Sohn im Schneeweißchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, auch in der Küche (inkl. nutzbare Pfannen, Töpfe und scharfe Messer ;)). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr schnell heimisch gefühlt, da die Einrichtung mit Gefühl ausgesucht wurde - man fühlt sich eher wie in einer Wohnung bei Freunden.
Das Grundstück liegt etwas abgeschieden nah an einem kleinen Bach und einem Wald, gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ein paar Minuten erreichbar in Ransbach-Baumbach oder Höhr-Grenzhausen genügend.
Wenn es uns mal wieder in den Westerwald verschlägt, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder zurückkommen!
