About this apartment rental
In our renovated apartments you will find everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday on the Moselle.
The apartments are equipped with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Directly at the house we offer a large lawn with garden furniture.
Our apartment Ellenz is with approx. 44 sqm for 2 persons very spacious and in addition to upscale basic equipment of our apartments such. B. has a larger bathroom with bath and double washbasin.
When booking for 3 or 4 persons can be used as a bed for a fee (12 € per person per night) the sofa in the living room with a sleeping area of about 140x200 cm.
In the apartment Ellenz we offer (all new):
Double bedroom with wardrobe and desk
Living room with sofa bed and side table
Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave
Flat Screen TVs
Bathroom with bath and double washbasin
WLAN and parking spaces at the house are available for free.
Included in the price is also the guest ticket, which allows you to free use of public transport during your stay.
The Moselle with bus stop is a 3-minute walk, the ferry to Beilstein with pier between Ellenz Poltersdorf and in about 10 minutes. Even the heated outdoor pool amid the vineyards, there are of our house just 10 minutes.

Wir haben einen Wochenendausflug an die Mosel unternommen. Zufällig haben wir diese Wohnung gebucht. Es war alles tip top. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Ein wirklich großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne ist vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Bei schönem Wetter kann man im tollen Garten sitzen und auch bei schlechtem Wetter ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, sodass auch vier Leute bequem Platz finden.
Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Wasser,dafür sehr ruhig und trotzdem total zentral gelegen in dem kleinen Weinort Ellenz. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf wie Restaurants,Bäcker etc. Befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe.
Parkplatze sin am Haus vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen, weil es so schön war.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der gesamten Wohnung ist top. Die Sauberkeit wird hier sehr groß geschrieben. Im sehr gepflegten Garten kann man den Abend bei schönem Wetter ausklingen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist, wie beim letzten Mal, sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.
