Completed in 2015, the holiday home is located in Remagen, the more than 2000-year-old Roman town on the romantic Middle Rhine.
All rooms, including the walk-in shower, have natural stone floors with underfloor heating.
Large, floor-to-ceiling windows can be found in the living / dining area and in the bedroom.
All windows are equipped with electric shutters.
In autumn and winter, a stove provides comforting warmth and coziness.
To existing entertainment, such. B. large flat-screen TV, you have free LAN and Wi-Fi, and a women's and men's trekking bike (on request with trailer) are available.
A parking space is located on the property.
At night, the entrance gate to the property can be closed.

We loved having a very cozy home to explore the area and ride the bikes (provided by our host) along the Rhine River. The village is very close and has a lot of restaurants. Having parking was a plus.

Immaculate holiday home. Large, bright, airy living room with extremely comfortable furniture and a modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lots of storage for suit cases and clothes in the bedroom and even hooks for coats in the spacious hall. There is ample parking for your car and three lovely little seating areas outside to relax in surrounded by colourful flowers.
The owners Andrea and Guido are very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. They provided so many little extra treats for guests from toiletries and chocolates to milk, bread, butter eggs and jam for breakfast. So generous and thoughtful and very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Der erste Eindruck des Objekts versprach, was im Inserat angegeben ist. Schönes Ambiente - innen und außen. Da wir in der herbstlichen Jahreszeit anreisten, hätte die Wohnung bereits warm sein sollen. Diese war jedoch kalt. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir das Thermostat selbst einstellen können, dieses funktionierte aber erst am nächsten Tag. Gut war, dass ein Ofen mit entsprechenden Utensilien vorhanden war. Das Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratzen waren nicht sehr bequem. Das ist jedoch subjektiv. Auch das Sofa ist sehr weich. Längeres Sitzen belastet die Gelenke. Der Duschkopf ist länglich kurz, so dass der Duschstrahl nur punktuell den Körper begoss und das Duschen länger dauerte musste. Fernsehprogramme, WLAN top.
