About this apartment rental
Very comfortable apartment of 45 m2 with terrace of 20 m2 on the 7th and last floor of the building, with elevator, facing the Annonciade hill. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine, oven, extractor, hob 4 burners) and living room opening onto a large picture window onto the large terrace, which is a real additional room for lunch or sunbathing. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms opening onto the balcony (quiet with views of the mountains in the hinterland), as well as to the shower room with hydromassage column and heated towel rail. Separate WC and private parking in the residence which is located 5 mins walk from the center of Menton (pedestrian streets, cinema, restaurants and shops), 5 mins walk from the train station (train to Nice, Monaco or Italy) and from the starting point of the buses to cross the region. The beach and the casino are 10 mins walk. Supermarket across the street open until 10 p.m. Market every morning a stone's throw from the residence.

The stay was very pleasant. There was very good communication with the hostess.
Check in and check out were quick and without any problems.
The apartment was clean. The beach, train station and supermarket were all close by.
It was noisy because the apartment is on the main street and unfortunately there was no WiFi for us guests from Germany.
Menton is a very beautiful city and we will be back. I can recommend this apartment.
