About this apartment rental
The sunny, spacious, located in the open and smoke free 2 1/2 room apartment with 60 square meters and separate entrance has a beautiful 30 sqm south-facing terrace. It is located in a 2-family house in a quiet location at the same time very close to downtown and the lake, the train station, a health food store with Vollkornbäckerei and other shops such as butchers, bakeries and supermarkets. Those who prefer to go by bus: at the corner is a bus stop of the city bus.
The view from the apartment of the countryside, auf's Überlinger Münster and the Alps can immediately contribute a holiday mood and relax and feel begins.
The apartment has a light-filled living / dining room with flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, wireless internet, comfortable sofa (can be used as a sofa bed) and has a table which can accommodate up to 6 people. The bedroom is very generous, it is furnished with a double bed (2x2m), a large closet and a dresser. The linen is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cozy cooking and linger (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and necessary towels.
On the sunny south terrace you can let your mind wander. A cozy seating area and sun loungers and parasols are available.
The apartment includes a parking space. Motorbikes can be parked on the terrace.
The apartment can be used with up to 4 people.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Ich bin zufrieden mit der Lage der Anlage so nah an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles, was es während dieser Jahreszeit war, war sehr kalt.

Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch, sauber und ordentlich. In der Küche war alles was wir brauchten vorhanden. Besonders schön war die Terasse, die wir, dank des schönen Wetters immer zum Frühstück und Abends genutzt haben.
Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern war auch Bestens.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.
Überlingen an sich ist ein ein sehr schöner Ort.
Von dort hat man die Möglichkeit zu vielen Unternehmungen zur starten. Sei es mit dem Auto oder mit der Nutzung der Bodensee Card.

Die FeWo ist perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, konnten leider nur wenige Tage dort verbringen, werden aber sehr gerne wiederkommen. Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
