Welcome to the apartment Burghalde. Bright, sunny, 2-Zi.-FeWo, lovingly furnished, very well maintained, south facing, with plenty of room for 2 people. Located on the outskirts of Sipplingen and still very Seenah. It is just an 8-minute walk to the waterfront. In addition, our apartment is located directly adjacent to the Sipplinger nature reserve - magnificent, hilly woodland with countless hiking trails for every requirement and magnificent views of Lake Constance. Swimming - Hiking - Cycling - Relaxing: Our apartment is the ideal starting point for all imaginable holiday activities. The apartment is modern furnished, equipped with everything you would want and need on holiday and is located idyllically and quietly at the Burghalde Sipplingen. Let yourself be pampered - with birds singing in the morning, the incredible Sipplinger Lake Constance panorama and a nature that will impress you. We offer our apartment since July 2017: The 60sqm apartment is located in 1. Floor of our house, over a large pre-corridor you reach the lovingly furnished, very well maintained apartment. From the living room, the balcony is walkable - Südlage- here the sun accompanies you until the evening hours. The living room is equipped with W-Lan and cable TV. All windows are equipped with exterior shutters, for the late cooler autumn evenings it provides underfloor heating with pleasant temperatures. To protect against insects, the windows are partially equipped with insect protection. The balcony door has this equipment.
The sleeping area is separated, the bedroom is on the west side, with a view of the green, equipped with a double bed, cuddly bed surrounds, bedside table and - lamps and a large mirror cabinet, with plenty of storage space.
The kitchen has a fitted kitchen - which has all the necessary cooking and eating utensils for you, microwave and large fridge. The integrated dining area and its size invites you not only to cook but also to linger. The kitchen leads to a separate storage room with extra sink (sink) and with the possibility bulky things (suitcases) off.
The bathroom (with shower) is small, but fine - you will still get your bath utensils effortlessly.
Unfortunately, we can not welcome pets, because we ourselves want to keep a small dog and avoid complications. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smoking on the balcony is possible. There is the possibility to place an extra bed (child) in the living room. If there is a need, please ask.

Eine schön gelegene Wohnung, in der man sich sehr gut erholen kann. Das einzige, was man am frühen Morgen bei offenen Fenstern hört, ist das Zwitschern der Vögel.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sowohl die Ruhe als auch die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr genossen.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich und nett von den Vermietern empfangen. Die Fewo wurde uns gezeigt und es wurden uns einige Details zur Wohnung so wie zur Umgebung gegeben. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen geräumig und wirklich ausreichend und es findet sich auch alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Bei Ankunft waren die Betten bezogen, was mich persönlich sehr gefreut hat und es gab auch wirklich genügend Handtücher im Bad. Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Sipplingen. Wie hier schon von Mietern erwähnt sollte man gut zu Fuß sein denn es geht doch steil bergauf bzw. bergab. Wir haben uns gut erholt und wohlgefühlt und können die Fewo empfehlen. Im Ort gibt es zwei Restaurants die wir besucht haben, einmal die Pizzeria „Riva“ und das „Seehaus“ und beide Restaurants sind zu empfehlen.
