Heel apart huis, dat maakt het bijzonder en leuk om er te verblijven. Erg licht. Mooi uitzicht. Goed en ruim balkon. Basis voorzieningen op orde. Schoon. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Regelde vrij snel zaken toen er kortsluiting was en bij piepen van de rookmelders.
Het lopen van die 75 trappen met bagage was wel erg pittig. Ook in het huis best veel trappen. Je moet goed ter been zijn. Dat mag wel iets duidelijker aangegeven worden. Er is geen airco, gezien de ligging in de volle zon kan dat een nadeel zijn, De prijs was relatief vrij hoog.

Ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Blick über den Bodensee . Sipplingen ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit guter Bahn und Busverbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kleiner aber feiner Gastronomie. Mit dem Zug gut zu erreichen, was einen ruhigen stressfreien Urlaub ohne Auto ermöglicht.
Es war alles wie wir erwartet haben Es war kein Fernseher im Haus, was uns allerdings nicht gestört hat. Das wäre das einzige Manko wenn jemand nicht ohne auskommt
