Good experience. Teresa is a very kind and helpful person.For 2 people it was comfy, for more than 2 it may be a bit tight.Close to all important sites.

Teresa was an excellent host, meeting us to get in and showing us how everything worked and answering any questions about the area. It was our first time in Paris and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We spent many nights on the Eiffel Tower lawn, watching the lights sparkle since it’s so close by. Very quiet area as well, highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for three nights in early July 2017. The apartment is clean and well-appointed. Teresa met us at the apartment. The apartment is on a pedestrian street that is gated on both ends and the gates require a security code. The door to the building itself requires a separate security code so you will feel safe here. You are a very short walk from the bus stop, an RER train station, a velib bike share station, and the Seine itself. Be sure to walk (or ride a velib bike) along the river in the evening: it's a big scene full of people of all ages. We would definitely stay here again.
