About this apartment rental
WE HAVE THE TOURISM PERMIT GRANTED - Our lovely ground floor double fronted apartment has wrap-around balconies on all three aspects of the property. It is on a quiet gated complex of 2 and 3 bed apartments opposite a bird sanctuary. There are well maintained grounds, large turtle-shaped swimming pool with an adjacent kiddies pool. There is a built in out-door bbq for your use.
Calis is about a 40 minute drive from Dalaman airport (we can arrange private air conditioned transfers if required). There are numerous flights to Dalaman from most UK airports. The Gulf of Fethiye is surrounded by mountains. Calis is renowned for its stunning sunsets. We have the tourism permit granted. There is something for everybody in the vicinity - lazying on beautiful beaches, windsurfing/kite surfing, boat trips, water park, paragliding, promenade walks (Calis to Fethiye), mud baths at Dalyan, visiting ancient monuments and a local Turkish Delight (Lokum) factory as well as bars and restaurants.

We stayed here for two weeks in July and loved every second..The apartment is perfectly positioned, close to yerguzlar caddesi which has plenty of restaurants, lokantas and supermarkets, and only 15 minutes walk from the beach.
The apartment itself had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.Two good sized bedrooms,with plenty of wardrobe space. A well equipped kitchen ,diner living room with plenty of pots, pans ,cutlery ,an oven and a four ring gas hob, also a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The grandkids loved the pool which we had mostly to ourselves
The host Natalie made everything so easy for us, from check in to check out ,she even organised our transfers, which were very well priced , with a very safe driver.
Overall we were delighted with our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the near future.
