Nice location. Room was a little dated but worked well for us four. Needed an extra blanket for pull out sofa but was provided in room.

Excellent location however, we were not there during peak season so boat tours were not available. There’s plenty of places in the marina where one can get preferred boat tours.
Our room was spotless and spacious. We booked a basic room and it was plenty big enough. View was absolutely perfect. Could see marina and the mountains behind. Few shops nearby to get essentials and taxi rank.approx 25 min walk from Fetiye bus station (if you know the route) from the airport. However local Dolmas leaves for Oludeniz, saklikent etc near the mosque which is 5min walk.
Very close to old town literally within stone throwing distance.
In contrast, there’s only few negatives. There was no hot water for showering on one morning and the curtains were letting far too much lights through at night. They need to invest into some blackout curtains.
Finally road noises can be unbearable at times, the room has no sound proofing (apparently this a problem for most accommodations in Türkiye). Also a long mirror would be preferred only small bathroom mirror available. But that’s personal preference.
Overall, it was a great stay. Loved the location, cleanliness, the view from room and size of the room. We would stay here again.
