Cleanliness, good contact with the owner, location.
The kitchen equipment could be a little better but this is not a big problem. Please note that a parking space is not provided so sometimes it can be a problem to find a space.

Excellent location and neighbourhood (the small central market is 5 minutes walk), the whole property is very very clean, the host is really nice and communicativ, we enjoyed the terrace and the freindly cats. The house is so well built and cool in summer we didn't use the AC.
The kitchen wasn't very well equipped.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick über die Stadt. Zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, das zweite hat allerdings kaum Tageslicht.
Aus dem ersten Schlafzimmer hat man auch einen schönen Blick und es ist allgemein alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Viele Stufen führen zur Unterkunft, für uns mit Rucksack war es allerdings ok.
Wir hatten etwas Baulärm, ob vom gleichen Haus oder Nachbarn konnten wir nicht sicher sagen.
Den Gastgeber haben wir leider nur sehr kurz und zwischen Tür und Angel „kennengelernt“.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short walk to all the main shops and attractions in the old town. The house was spotless, bright, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and a washing machine. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!
