About this apartment rental
They long for peace, relaxation or activities in nature? Or are you interested for excursions the surroundings? Then our new apartment could be exactly what you are looking for.
We live quiet, in a partial town of Geislingen (5 minute drive to the city). Our house is on a very large plot at the end of the village, surrounded by meadows in a beautiful secluded location, and is therefore very quiet. Here you can still enjoy the outdoors. With us you can park right outside the front door. There are several parking spaces available.
The bright and tastefully furnished apartment with sophisticated equipment is very quiet, rural location. It is part of a double house with 75 square meters, and consists of a large living room with nice sofa bed with topper (for permanent sleeper ideal) flat screen and laptop workstation. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, comfortable seating and also a laptop workstation. A cot can any time be added on request. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with high quality kitchen utensils and a cozy sitting area with table and four chairs. Also various foods, such as spices, vinegar oil, salt, sugar, flour, coffee and assorted teas are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, large vanity, mirror cabinet, washing machine and high-quality furniture. WC is separate. Sheets, towels and tea towels are sufficiently provided, but can be also, even taken in the reservoir and when needed it. Our guests appreciate its own entrance, so that they can move undisturbed and enjoy their privacy. It provides you with the entire apartment available, including private balcony. Our garden with the various seating opportunities, our guests at any time happy to share. In midsummer still prevail in the apartment itself reasonably normal temperatures, because it is located on the ground floor, so our guests will also feel at home.
All rooms are also fitted with fly screens, so you is a good night's sleep safely.
We live next door in the other half of the double house, and in the presence any time for your concerns there.

For our guests, our apartment is ideal for walking directly into nature, cycling and even paragliding is possible. In winter, several ski lifts and cross-country ski trails gives you the same around here looking to winter sports.
(Located well-preserved castle ruins Helfenstein just above Geislingen, with beautiful views of the city) also castles, ruins are here numerous. Some spas are also in the vicinity, such as the thermal baths in Bad Überkingen with recently a salt cave, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. In Geislingen the big Outlet invites with WMF and many well-known brand manufacturers to a factory outlet. In the famous cathedral city of Ulm a. D.Donau you are in 30 min., And the very popular among children LEGOLAND in Günzburg can be reached in 45 minutes by car.
The city of Heidenheim with its beautiful palace complex (there is an attractive carriage museum set up) and the well-known open-air theater is worth a visit. In about 25 minutes you are there.
Throughout the apartment is no smoking, smoking allowed us on the balcony.
We ask our guests to respect the designed house rules and respect the peaceful environment.
The apartment must be left broom clean. We would also appreciate if our guests would report in advance of your departure from us to you then personally to say goodbye.

Eine topgepflegte geräumige Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Die Lage ist recht zentral auf der Alb. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier gut zu erreichen.
Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn eine Woche im Urlaub. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Familie Bantleon ist sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und kinderlieb. Gern verbrachten wir nach den Tagesausflügen die Nachmittage und Abende mit ihnen. Sie waren wie Oma und Opa. Wir bedanken uns sehr für die schöne Zeit! Wir werden oft an sie denken! Und wir können ihre Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Heel aardige mensen en zeer complete woning met alles voor een aangenaam verblijf.
Zelfs de veel gebruikte dingen als toiletpapier, keukenpapier, koffie en filters, peper en zout !
Heel schoon en gezellig ingericht met overal een 'touch of green'. We hadden best langer willen blijven.
