About this apartment rental
In Rudersberg-Steinenberg the apartment was in a quiet location, in the 1st. OG, newly renovated in 2018/2019. It is modern, comfortable u. Allergy friendly furnishings. This comprises 92 sqm, consisting of 3 ½ rooms, in which up to 6 people. Find a place.
At your disposal are a large living / dining room, 1 kitchen m. Storeroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with window m. walk-in shower u. WC, 1 sep. WC, 1 balcony. 3x satellite TV, safe. There is everywhere underfloor heating available and electric shutters.
The living room
Living room / dining area / balcony:
The heart of the apartment is the inviting living room with a spacious sofa bed, which invites you to relax after a day out. For entertainment in the evening, a large flat screen TV with satellite connection. Furthermore, a CD stereo system is available. At the dining table with a bench and 4 swing chairs you have comfortable and generous space for 6 people.
From here is also the access to the balcony.
From there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the castle forest and the church tower with the old town center. On the sunny balcony are still 4 garden chairs with cushions, as well as a table and a parasol.
Kitchen:
The large and modern fully equipped high gloss kitchen, which includes a small storage room, leaves nothing to be desired, to provide for yourself and your loved ones / spoil. This allows you an extensive self-sufficiency incl. Induction cooker with integrated extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee pod machine (Senseo) microwave and all common small electrical appliances.
Two bedrooms / office room:
1. Bedroom:
Equipped with a box spring bed 1.80 m X 2.0 m and a floating door wardrobe. Furthermore, there is a dresser and 2 bedside tables in the room. A flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a safe complete the whole.
Second Bedroom / office space:
Includes two single beds 0.90 m X 2.00 m, but can be put together on request. There is a 3-door wardrobe, a small desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Electric shutters on all windows darken the bedrooms at will.
Bath / WC:
The beautiful and modern daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a heated towel warmer, hand soap and hair dryer.
Guest WC:
The apartment also has a separate toilet with a small sink.
Parking spot:
Also a covered parking space at the house, belongs to the apartment.
Wi-Fi is available.
In the basement is a washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee.

There's a reason that Heidi and Wolfgang have received great reviews from past visitors - the property is truly impeccable and the owners were perfect hosts. From pre-arrival communication through our farewell hugs and pictures, they were present when we needed them yet invisible when we sought privacy. Despite not having rain in nearly 8 weeks, the landscape was still blooming and manicured. The kitchen has high-end appliances and finishes and nearly everything a gourmet could require. The apartment was spotless, bright, and spacious. We were able to park right in the driveway. The village of Steinenberg does not have a gasthaus or market, but the adjacent villages do, and Schorndorf (the birthplace of Gottlieb Daimler is just 10 minutes away by car) has a nice pedestrian area and a Michelin-starred restaurant. There are numerous hiking trails in the area. The trails were not easy to find online, but once we located a parkplatz for the system, the trail map showed every trail in the region. Stuttgart is just 35 minutes away by car and, despite being known as an industrial center, has a vibrant downtown shopping area and excellent museums. Munich is 2+ hours away and accessible by car or train. Several cities that feature traditional timbered buildings which were not damaged during the Second World War are easily accessible, including Esslingen & Tubingen. We drove in from the north, so beware that you'll have 45+ minutes of driving on lesser roads before you arrive.

I have been coming to Germany for the last 20 Years; the time spent at the xxxxxxxs apartment was without equal. There was not as single moment that there was anything lacking. xxxxxxx and is without equal. She made this vacation memorable and the best ever. I will return as soon as possible.
