Glacier Springs Cabin #65 - Your Ranch-Style Family Cabin in the Mountains!
Your family will enjoy staying in this modern single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation cabin. As you enter the front door from the covered front porch equipped with a gas grill, you'll discover an open and airy floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that features a freestanding gas fireplace, a large monitor with Blu-Ray entertainment, a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, a laundry cubby with a washer and dryer, plus a breakfast bar and a family dining table. From the hallway, you'll discover one full bathroom, one bedroom featuring 2-queen-sized beds, another bedroom featuring additional 2-queen-sized beds, and a primary bedroom featuring 1-king-sized bed, plus another full bathroom en-suite. Just outside the back door, you'll discover a brand-new covered hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum, No Exceptions), Wi-Fi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Overall our stay was good and the listing was very accurate to what the cabin looked like. The kitchen was a great size for cooking our Friendgiving dinner, and had all the tools we needed for cooking. The hot tub was great, we couldn't use the fire pit because it was raining so heavily but they had it. Our major issue was not being able to drink the tap water but they did provide us with some which we appreciated. We also found for a group of 9 adults we didn't have enough seating. Since went went during the atmospheric river we spent the majority of our time in the cabin itself and at times when we all wanted to sit in the living room or eat as a group, we didn't all fit comfortably. I think if we had children in our group or we were able to be outside more it wouldn't have been an issue. They provided a ton of board games, a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. the cabin and the area were very beautiful!

We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy living room alongside the wood-burning (gas) stove. We had brought along board games and puzzles, but we're pleasantly surprised to find an assortment already there.
We enjoyed a short walk when the rain subsided to Canyon Creek Park to explore.
The BBQ is on the front porch which is nice because it's covered and was convenient, although the grill is quite run-down, obviously well-loved.
We wanted a relaxing weekend to spend time together with family and this was a great house to spend a very rainy holiday weekend indoors.

Everything looked like the pictures/as described - good location, spacious, easy check-in. The issue though is that the cabin smells really old. It has a strong musty/old smoke smell. The shag carpet in the bedrooms, the bedding, and the no-longer-white towels are all really old and all stunk. We were traveling with two young children, and our 6 month old baby got really congested in the house. We had all the windows open the entire time and the one ceiling fan running on high. Property management didn't have any fans that we could use, nor other available properties. We were there for a wedding and couldn't leave. Given the smell, I don't think it's worth the price we paid. I was surprised by our experience because all the other reviews were really good.
