Welcome to the Grand Fountain District Suite in Bellingham's historic Fountain District. You'll enjoy it's central location, charm, comfort, tasteful decor, new appliances and free access to a washer and dryer. The location is quiet but shares the same street with restaurants and breweries. It is only one mile from downtown, parks and the Bellingham waterfront. This is a great location for authentically experiencing our beautiful city and all that it has to offer. Enjoy your stay here!
The Grand Fountain District Suite is a combination of our popular Fountain Suite and District Studio. Since they're only separated by the entryway it made perfect sense to offer the entire space to seamlessly accommodate more guests. Although it it accommodates 9 guests, no parties are allowed. You'll enjoy the use of both kitchens and sleeping arrangements can be brought to the 9 person maximum by utilizing the 3 bedrooms, the studio king bed and the foldout couch in the studio's rec space. It's a very comfortable set-up for larger than usual groups.
You will have access to the entire upstairs of the building with no limitations.
We have multiple co-hosts available for communication for a quick response should there be anything needed with the property during your stay. We're happy to offer recommendations or help with getting a lay of the land as well.
This spacious suite is located in the heart of the Fountain District, which is an urban village of Bellingham. It is unique because of its concentration of restaurants, breweries and other commerce outside of the city center. It has many of the conveniences of downtown but feels a bit more relaxed and quieter. However, at the same time, with a 10 minute walk you can find yourself right downtown if you desire a bit more action or variety. Along the Fountain District strip you will find multiple restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, food trucks, a full grocery store and more. Not to mention lovely Elizabeth Park and its summer concerts is a couple minute walk and Cornwall Park isn't much farther.
Walking can get you many places. Biking can get you there faster. The bus stops just down the street. It's fairly centrally located so a car will get you to the farthest reach of Bellingham within 2-15 minutes (at the very most).
This building has shared washer and dryer access for both units in the Grand Fountain Suite to use. There are no TV’s in the units. There is one dishwasher in the 3-bedroom suite and no dish washer in the studio space.

Beautiful, comfortable space in a great location! The kitchens were well equipped as well as the entire apartment. Both sides of the unit were beautifully updated, spacious, and very clean.

Absolutely beautiful apartments! Perfect set up for our family. Decor was so warm and inviting, beds were extremely comfortable and restaurant below was the perfect place for breakfast! The noise from the restaurant was barely noticeable. 100% would stay here again!
