About this villa rental
Our house is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, 5 km from the main beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia (which since many years is helding the blue flag of Legambiente with 5 sails). A few kilometers away you can find the most varied entertainment (golf, tennis, sailing, kitesurfing, but also cinemas, discos, pubs, etc.).
The apartment is equipped with every comfort and has a large fenced garden where your four-legged friends will be welcome! There are two bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed; living room-kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a large covered porch.
A few steps from the apartment lies the Diaccia Botrona park, ideal for cycling or walking to discover the local flora and fauna. Furthermore, the optimal position allows you to quickly reach Tirli, Vetulonia and many starting points for pleasant excursions (such as the path that leads to the Hermitage of San Guglielmo). Beautiful boat trips also depart from the port of Castiglione to discover the islands of the Tuscan archipelago.
You can choose whether to enjoy a relaxing holiday or to keep yourself busy exploring everything that surrounds the beautiful Tuscan Maremma.
The center of Castiglione is only 5km away and being located in a very quiet countryside area you will not risk being disturbed by noisy neighbors or having parking problems (you can park inside the property).

Sehr tolles Objekt im Grünen, sehr idyllisch gelegen und alles was für einen tollen Urlaub zu wünschen ist liegt in der Nähe. Wir fanden einen tollen Strandabschnitt, das Städtchen ist wünderschön und romantisch und die feinen Restaurants im Hinteland erfreuen jeden Gourmetliebhaber. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank Fiammetta für den tollen Aufenthalt und die liebenswürdige Gastfreundschaft.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem Häuschen. Wir würden super freundlich und herzlich empfangen und auch die Kommunikation davor war sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt super im Grünen direkt neben einem Naturschutzgebiete mit Flamingos, aber auch nur 5 min mit dem auto von dem wunderschön Ort Castilgione und dem Meer mit mehreren Stränden entfernt. Man halt somit im und um das Haus seine Ruhe, aber ist schnell auch bei vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, usw.
Das Haus selbst ist ein Doppelhaus mit sehr netten Nachbarn, die aber fast nie da sind. Es hat einen kleinen umzäunten Garten und Hof und eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Terrasse. Auch ein Grill ist da, den wir mehrfach genutzt haben :) Im Innern ist das Haus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es wurde auch auf Dekoakzente geachtet. Es ist also alles da was man brauch. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen :) Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

the location is beautiful, close to town, very quiet.
The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay and is well equipped. We especially enjoyed the beautiful patio and garden. Our dog too. The host ist very nice and welcoming and responded instantly to questions. Check in and out was very easy. Definitely recommend it!

The house was the same the picture shows, and so were the dotation. Very quiet, quite isolated, we had a wonderful time there. There is a lovely porch were we used to dine, and the garden is fairly big too, all fenced, perfect for dog owners. Reaching the sea from there only takes five minutes by car, and with the car we also had the chance to visit several different beaches around Castiglione della Pescaia, which were all beautiful. Our only issue was with the abundance of mosquitoes outside, but all the windows had nets, luckily.
The apartment was very clean and the owners were nice and helpful, we are totally coming back next year.
