- south-facing balcony with a view of the Forggensee and the Alps,
- smoke-free apartment (smoking only allowed on the balcony),
- large living room with pull-out couch and TV-Sat system,
- bedroom incl. bedding,
- kitchen with dining area and plenty of space (with underfloor heating),
- bathroom and toilet equipped with underfloor heating,
- parking space directly at the house,
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment,
- Shops, bakery and hairdresser nearby,
- musical theater and Forggensee can be reached in five minutes on foot,
- dialysis in the immediate vicinity,
- Good transport links and parking.
Wonderful hiking routes in the Königswinkel, many snowy ski areas in the vicinity as well as fairytale sights are just a selection of the many leisure and recreational offers. The historic old town, many castle ruins and the castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau invite you to adventure tours!

Wonderful host. Beautiful backyard, spacious apt, very clean. Great location, a block from bakery, grocery, bus stop and bike trail. Easy access into town either walking, biking, or bus line. Communication barrier not a problem as host willing to play charades or use Google translate.
If you're a cyclist, Füssen is ideal for a holiday. Well kept paved and fine gravel bike and hiking trails everywhere. Lots of mountains, lakes castles (both ruins and preserved) and beer gardens too.
Highly recommend this place to stay. If we ever return this is the first place we will try to reserve.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Amplio apartamento y bien situado cerca de supermercados. No es muy moderno, pero no está mal en relación calidad precio. El mobiliario y vajilla un poco antiguo, pero limpio. No ruidos, calefacción bien y zona de parking. Pagué por 3 noches 60€ de tasas con 3 adultos al propietario. Mi opinión necesita renovar la vajilla y cubertería. Tiene el mejor precio de Fussen .
