The view of the mountains was perfect. If you look hard enough, you can even spot Neuschwanstein Castle. Bring binoculars if you have them.
The room was clean (immaculate).
The driving experience on the way is pleasant and the town is so rural, some residents wave as you pass by.
I slept in the master bedroom with my wife and the bed isn't bad, but it could be comfier. As others have noted, it will creek with any movement.
I didn't like that there was a separate tourist tax I had to pay in person, and in cash. Even though it was only about 15 Euros, I didn't like that it was an unexpected cost. Also, I was lucky to have cash on me instead of having to use vacation time on purpose to get cash.
