The newly renovated, comfortable approx. 75 sqm 3 *** - apartment in the district of Ziegelwies with balcony, is equipped with a spacious living and dining room with flat screen TV, DVD player, mini hi-fi system and WiFi internet. 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: a double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds), additional cot possible on request, kitchen with dining area, incl. Dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The bathroom has a bath and shower, the toilet is separate.

Was a great and comfortable place. All modern. Actually upper floor above a gas station, but that didn't detract from the experience of staying there. Nice 15 minute walk into town. Good value for price.

Very nice and clean appartement on the first floor of a tank station but very quiet at night (a lot of daytime traffic).
The welcome was simple and pleasant.
Nice little balcony but the weather was not good as expected to eat outside in the afternoon.
Full equipped in kitchen and bathroom (towels included).
Our bedroom was confortable (big bed)
Only the wi-fi was too bad outside the living room.
The situation is great, 10 minutes by foot from the center of Füssen, a nice town and near the beautiful castles.
Very easy to walk around or drive in the area even in Austria (Tyrol).

Our family of 4 stayed 2 nights at this apartment, and it was excellent. The kitchen is new & well-accommodated with cookware, utensils, etc. All aspects of it are clean and comfortable. It's location is also quite good, with quick, easy car access to the local sights. Finally, Sylvia and her husband were responsive and helpful to all our inquiries. The internet access was a little unwieldy, requiring us to sign-in after every 30 minutes. However, it worked effectively and quickly.

We stayed 5 nights at this great apartment. It is fresh, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is very new, lovely décor touches and vey well maintained. Silvia, the owner was excellent to communicate with at all times and even picked us up and dropped us back to the station. Everything provided for a very comfortable stay. The location is great as it is a short walk to Fussen town. At a few meters there is a Pizzeria and a little further down the road (not far) is a Steakhaus, beer garten which is excellent. Overall we would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would have no hesitation in using it again.
