About this house rental
Our holiday house is outside of the locality prince forest and in the forest because of the clear mountain brook ' Mueglitz '. The old comb house was again opened to at the beginning of 2004 after a complete reorganization. The house consists of 3 comfortable double rooms, 1 single room and the accomodation in the attic. In the ground floor are a double room and the guest area with integrated kitchen as well as the fire-place. From the guest area one arrives to 50 at approx. the square meter large terrace. The moreover one a chamber with the washing machine is in the ground floor. In the upper floor you arrive at the two further double rooms room 2 and rooms 4 and the single room No. 3.Im attic we a simple accomodation established. Here 7 tired people place find. The Sauna is in the external area in a separate house. The Rehnhaeusl is ideal starting point for Mountainbiking and hiking and for nature lovers. The region offers versatile possibilities for experience-rich holidays.
Mountainbiking: We organize regularly led Biketouren. Our Guide shows you the most beautiful Trails in the ore mountains, in Saxonian Switzerland and Tschechien. Mountainbikes can be rented for 8 - 10, - € per day.
Hiking: Numerous moving paths obtain the beautiful ore mountains. Enjoy wonderful view from Geisingberg (824 m), Kolhaukuppe (786 m), Kahleberg (905 m), Mückentürmchen in Czech or, or, or. Move also on the paths of the mining industry and the watchmaker.
Sightseeing: Kolhaukuppe (786 m) with Restaurant and observation tower, game park hard man mill with stroking enclosure and playground, Geisingberg (824 m) with Bergbaude and observation tower, bald mountain (905 m) with Bergbaude (highest collection of the east ore mountains), visitor mine ' combines hermaphrodite field to tin forest ', George fields hochmoor, Botani garden in Schellerhau, Sommerrodelbahn in old person mountain, bath and Saunalandschaft in the Rehaklinik ' crawler-type vehicle nest ', mining industry museum old person mountain, running carriage and Bobbahn in old person mountain, clock museum in glasswork, kurpark bear rock with bell play from Meissener porcelain, Mueckentuermchen (in Tschechien) with sessellift, Saxonian Switzerland, Dresden.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in idyllischer Umgebung und ist für 3Paare und Kinder bestens geeignet. Einziger Nachteil, das Einzelzimmer hat kein eigenes Bad, was bei Familien oder Freunden kein Problem sein sollte. Leider war die Sauna noch nicht betriebsbereit.
Alles in allem ist es ein tolles Haus mit mit jeglichem Komfort.

Es war ein passendes Haus. Waren in 4 Generationen zusammen, war alles da, tolle Lage, nette Kommunikation.

Wir finden das Haus sehr gut und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Man ist total für sich alleine. Überall Wald und viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Und wer schon immer Mal Holz hacken wollte, findet seinen Spaß vor Ort!
Das Haus hat alles was man so zum Leben & Kochen braucht, einen Grill und einen großen Garten zum verweilen und Spielen.
Noch ein paar Hinweise von uns:
- Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Pärchen. Und wenn man in das Einzelzimmer ein Klappbett stellt, dann hat jedes Paar ein Zimmer für sich.
- Man kommt mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt/Restaurant.
- Das Leitungswasser ist anscheinend nicht trinkbar.
- Die Sauna gehört NICHT zum Haus, leider haben wir das zu spät bemerkt.

Lage des Hause, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut und wie beschrieben. Auch die Übergabe lief problemlos. Die Sauna auf dem Grundstück konnte leider nicht genutzt werden und ist vermutlich schon längere Zeit nicht in Betrieb. Auch wenn uns hier Ausweichmöglichkeit angeboten wurde (mit dem Auto ca. 10 min), entspricht der Preis ja gerade dieser hochwertigen Ausstattung. Noch schlimmer war die Abrechnung. Die Kaution sollte angeblich 14 Tage nach Aufenthalt zurücküberwiesen werden. Leider musste man mehrmals nach 6 Wochen! nachfragen, wann die Überweisung erfolgt.. Die Kurtaxe wurde nicht nach der Anzahl der Besucher abgerechnet, sondern pauschal für das Ferienhaus. Insgesamt ein umständliches und aufwendiges Verfahren zu Lasten des Urlaubers!
