The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2008, renovated in 2021, and furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and secluded location. Available for use: children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Seating area made of rustic wood with barbecue facilities. Trampoline with a diameter of 3.6 m, slide, fallow deer enclosure. In the guesthouse (for a fee): snowmobile ride, sauna (on request), solarium, table tennis, fitness equipment, hot tub.

Dorfchemnitz near Sayda, district Voigtsdorf, 455 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 2800 sqm open property with meadow and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located next to a guesthouse. All facilities of the guesthouse can be used. Access is via a field or forest path (paved, length 100 m). Parking space (for 1 car) on the property.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ortseingang von Voigtsdorf sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Unser Ziel war es ein paar Tage umgeben von Natur und Ruhe zu verbringen. Und das haben wir erreicht. In der kleinen gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wurden wir sehr nett und offen von Familie May empfangen, so dass wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Unsere Kinder konnten Hof, Spielplatz, Umgebung und das Dammwild entdecken. Wir denken gern an die Tage zurück!
