The apartment is in a very quiet area, yet close to shops (Aldi at the end of the street, bakery 20 m), 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is on the ground floor, balcony to the garden with seating on the balcony or in the garden.
One bedroom has a double bed 2x2 m, the other one-person bed. The living room has a pull-out couch, so again sleeping space for 1 person. In the small room and living room a television, also internet access.
The kitchen is brand new with a fridge, stove + oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and the necessary kitchen equipment. The dining area in the living room with an extendable table invites you to a cozy get-together for up to 4 people.
The bathroom is newly renovated, age-appropriate converted with a shower. Separate toilet with a small sink.
There is storage space at the house, also for bicycles.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the city. Not really downtown, but well connected with a bus that takes you to the old city centre. Well connected with a supermarket and small groceries. The flat is clean and well firnished.
