Renovierung wäre schon angebracht.Möbel nicht mehr Zeitgemäß aber alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Für 5 Personen etwas eng.Sehr gut geeignet mit Hund.Für ältere Herrschaften aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Im Besonderen die Betten hatten sehr gute Matratzen (Ein großer Pluspunkt bei Rückenbeschwerden). Alles machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Einziger Nachteil: Die Treppe nach oben war etwas steiler als angenommen. Daher für Senioren nicht ganz so geeignet.

- Badezimmer bauartbedingt sehr klein - großzügiges Wohnzimmer - gute Aussicht auf dem Balkon - schöne Grünfläche hinter dem Haus mit Sitzmöglichkeiten - ruhige und erholsame Lage Reisetipps: - Strandbad Illmensee - Café Riedblick - Affenberg Salem - Haustierhof Reutemühle - Strandpromenade (Strandbad) Uhldingen-Mühlhofen und angrenzende Pfahlbauten Unteruhldingen

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Kein Durchgangsverkehr, da Sackgasse. Das Haus war sauber und aufgeräumt, keine Spinnenweben, nichts.. Die Einrichtung ist ein Mix aus altbacken und modern, könnte nach all den Jahren mal erneuert werden. Die gelben Fliesen im Bad bekommen allerdings 5 Sterne :) Wer gerne "hart" schläft ist auf den Matratzen gut gebettet. Uns waren die Matratzen zu hart! Die Treppe ins obere Stockwerk ist zu steil und die Stufen sehr schmal.
