Certina is made up of 2 buildings: the owner's house and another building with 4 independent apartments. The buildings are surrounded by a stone courtyard. Thers is a wood with firs, pines, olive trees and chestnut trees and paths for walking or mountain biking. Very old country house "Certina", 510 m a.s.l., renovated, surrounded by trees. 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 06.May. - 23.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking at the house. A great break from our busy and stressful lifestyle. Owners are considered with guests providing good tips for going out for dinner or visiting sites but at the same time, they assure the needed privacy not being invasive. Surroundings and pool on perfect conditions to enjoy it at any time of the day.
Apartment is clean and tight up with all amenities required to cock and plan your journeys.

Posto tranquillo e rilassante immerso nella natura, anche i proprietari Gentilissimi, ma avendo noi viaggiato molto abbiamo notato in questa struttura la totale assenza di kit di benvenuto "olio sale aceto e carta igienica" No wifi, no tv, e piscina inaccessibile per invasioni di vespe. I Servizi urbanici, lontani dalla struttura.
