About this apartment rental
Modern apartment located in Montelupo Fiorentino, a town near Florence (easily reachable by car or train), completely renovated with care and attention to design. The rooms are characterized by special decorations by a young local artist. The accommodation is equipped with the latest generation air conditioning, heating, 55 inch 4K TV, new kitchen with fully equipped induction stove, complete with a courtesy set (kettle, coffee, tea, toaster), comfortable double bed and sofa bed for two people. Guests can also relax or eat on the terrace, directly connected to the kitchen, which offers a lovely panoramic view of Montelupo and in particular the Villa dell'Ambrogiana, an imposing structure built by the Medici family at the end of the 1500s. The location of the house is strategic, as it is surrounded by the magnificent Tuscan hills and central to the main places of interest in Tuscany:
- Florence, 25 km (22 minutes by train, 25 by car)
- Pisa, 50 km (50 minutes by train, 40 by car)
- Lucca, 44 km (50 minutes by car)
- Siena, 78 km (1 hour by train and by car)
- Vinci, 16 km (20 minutes by car)
- Arezzo, 75 km (1 hour by train and by car)
- Sea resorts, 60 km (1 hour by car)
The Montelupo train station is easily accessible, as is the center, both about a ten-minute walk and three minutes by car. Near the house there is also a bus stop from which you can reach the center and the nearby town of Empoli. A cycle path nearby, which follows the course of the Arno river, allows an alternative route more in contact with nature. The house is located in a quiet residential area, car parking is available nearby for free.

What a little gem! Property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and positioned for easy access to Florence, Pisa, Sienna and other Tuscan cities and towns.Locally there are good supermarkets suppying everything you need and some nice local restaurants for eating out.Sabrina our host could not be more helpful and made some great recommendations for places to visitWe really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave at the end of the holiday.
