Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 4.8 km from the skiing area. Private: property 1'000 m2, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Een prima authentiek oostenrijkse boerderij (huis) . Maar de ligging is minder ( vrij hoog de berg op ). Een uiterst aardige verhuurster.

Prima vakantiehuis voor een weekje wintersport. Verwacht geen grote luxe, maar wel een traditionele sfeer met houtkachel, lage houten plafons en lage deuren. Er zijn twee keukens, handig bij grotere groepen. Slechts twee douches en toiletten vonden we dan weer iets te krap bemeten voor een grotere groep. Hele aardige en behulpzame beheerders.
