Gute Lage am See, Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung

Kleiner als auf den Bildern, Rezeption in anderem Hotel (Nachbarort), Parkplätze bei hoher Auslastung knapp kalkuliert

Das war Zimmer ohne Frühstück, Lage war ok, direkt am See, Grüne Anlage war gut gepflegt.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man müsste aufpassen, dass man sich ,beim umdrehen nicht an irgendwelche Gegenstände, Schranke, TV verletzt. Das Bad war sehr, sehr klein und feucht ,besteht sanierungsbedarf .

The location was excellent, right next to the lake. We had a mountain-facing room with a beautiful balcony. The room had a well-equipped kitchen. It was also spacious and had ample storage.

The check-in instructions could have been clearer. We really struggled with it. Also, the reception desk from which we eventually had to collect the keys is a few kilometres away, in the main Schliersee town. If someone had been present in the property, it would have ensured a smoother check-in experience. The microwave in one of the rooms had an awful burnt smell, even when it was turned off. We eventually did not use the microwave at all, and kept it disconnected to avoid any accidents. Also, the handle in the bathroom next to the basin needed to be fixed. It was loose and couldn't be used to hang the towels. Another major problem was that the skylight window blind was defective and did not stay closed. We pointed out all these issues during our stay, but none of these was fixed. It was also an attic apartment, and without a fan, so it got quite hot during the day.
