The apartment was well equipped with a big room, bathroom and a balcony with nice view to the garden, nearby villas and magnificient mountains.
The floor was poorly vacuumed, there was lying an empty wine bottle under the bed and some dust. There was no wifi in the room. I claimed it to the owner - only AI responded that the information was sent to the staff. No one responded to it.

clear instructions, all we needed, very cheap
view from the window to grey wall, basically a basement. didn’t mind for one day, just slept there and left

In Anbetracht der schlechten Bewertungen war ich positiv überrascht - das Appartment mit zwei Doppelbetten und eigener Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (Geschirr/Besteck, Bügeleisen etc.), auch die Sauberkeit war insg. akzeptabel. Preis-Leistung gut, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Team hat (trotz Nicht-Anwesenheit von Personal und ein paar überflüssigen Mails) ausreichend funktioniert. Wenn man also sparen will und nicht allzu anspruchsvoll ist, durchaus empfehlenswert.
Etwas unangenehm war der starke Rauchgeruch am Gang, der auch leicht bis ins Zimmer durchkam. Wirklich nervig fand ich nur die vielen Ameisen im Zimmer (die liefen unter den Wandleisten ungehindert rein und raus), da muss sich mal dringend wer drum kümmern!
