About this apartment rental
Location: This beautiful holiday home is located above Piano di Mommio. The surrounding area is characterised by olive groves. The flat has a beautiful panoramic position with a wide view of the sea. You can see as far as Porto Venere (Cinque Terre). The flat is accessible via a private unpaved road. The property is fenced and the car can be parked inside. A private garden and a nice covered terrace (with garden furniture) belong to the holiday home. There you can barbecue and enjoy a good Tuscan wine.
Amenities and facilities: The living area of approx. 40 is at ground level. From the beautiful terrace you can reach the living room, which is furnished for your holiday. There is also the sofa bed. Then there is a nice bathroom with a large shower. The hallway leads to the bedroom with a double bed, which is furnished in Tuscan style. The bedroom has its own access to the terrace, which can be used well when the living room is used as a bedroom. Outside on the covered terrace there is a small kitchen.

To be paid on site: Deposit € 200. Water, electricity included. Final cleaning to be done by yourself.
Bath linen on request € 10 per person and change. Heating according to consumption.

Nice apartment and great host! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the equipment we needed. The host was welcoming, and even gave us her car to explore Italy. Highly recommended!

Gastgeberin und Vermittler, waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich bei Fragen. Danke nochmals für die Willkommens Flasche Rotwein. Der Weg zur Fewo die eine sehr schöne Lage hat, ist nicht unbedingt für tiefere Autos geeignet. Wenn man langsam fährt ist es mit normalhohen (Bodenhöhe) gemeint, zu schaffen. In ca 10 min ist unten ein großer Parkplatz. Die Fewo, war sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Eine Freiküche auf der Veranda hat auch ihren Charme. Das WiFi ist aufgrund der Lage nur bedingt (auf Terrasse) nutzbar. Als Ausgangspunkt gut geeignet für Ausflüge. Das Auto kann sicher im umzäunten Innenhof geparkt werden. Die Terrasse ist Groß mit Grill und Liegen ausgestattet, und mit niedrigen Palmen mediterran gestaltet. Sowie ein überdachter Sitzplatz.
Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit möchte der ist hier Richtig. In Viareggio und Co ist man recht schnell mit dem Auto. ca 5-7km. Ebenso am Strand.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die außen Küche, ist aber auch irgendwie lustig. Ich wünsche mir nur für die nächsten Besuchern, dass die Spüle repariert wird.
Der Weg dazu ist etwas wackelig aber gut zu bewältigen.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Panorama wunderschön.
Zum Strand braucht man nur 20min.
Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Abenteuerliche Anfahrt durch Olivenhain. Am Stellplatz vom Auto viel Unrat, was keinen guten Eindruck macht. Die FEWO selbst mit Terrasse soweit sauber.
