About this villa rental
At Kiotari Beach, 12 km south of Lindos, lies the charming, truly unique Villa Chevalier. At the edge of a wooded hill (30 m above sea level), it offers amazing views of the mile long bay, surrounding pine forest and fields. Situated in the absolute privacy of a large estate (4 acres) with mature trees, the villa stands out with the quality of its sophisticated design, the comfortable interior, relaxing outdoor and amazing location. Secluded, yet within walking distance to the picturesque locality's center and main beach, with fisher boats, tavernas, bars, shops. A great place to stay and perfectly located to explore the beauties of the island.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 6 guests (exceptionally for families up to 8).
Cleaning, Linen and Towels: The villa is cleaned and completely prepared for your arrival. Cleanind is once a week in order to preserve your privacy, bed sheets and towels are changed. Cleaning can be more often if you wish. Linen, towels for the bath and the pool are provided, but not beach towels. Every visit for cleaning, change of linen and towels is upon arrangement and lasts ca. 3 hours. The large pool (8.5m x 4m) runs automatically and is maintained once a week. The sparkling clean pool water is the result of the overflow system, the ionization unit and the professional filter systems.

Distances: 300 m to bus station with frequent trips to Lindos and Rhodes town. 600 m to the locations center, Kiotari main beach , supermarket, cafes, Tavernas, flower shop, dentist, hairdresser, butcher. 2 km to the tourist resort center with shopping centers, ATMs, bars, discos, watersports, boat trips, taxi station, pharmacy. 3 km to Medical Center (24/7). 4km to Asklipio Village, 12 km to Lindos, 8km to Pefki, 30 km to Prasonissi, 60 km to Rhodes city, 60 km to airport and harbour.

We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Villa Chevalier. The villa itself was fantastic - very well equipped & the beautiful pool & air conditioning were a must in the heatwave. The villa was spotlessly clean, very private, peacful & well equipped. There was a great little supermarket, butchers & ice cream parlour within a couple of minutes drive or quick walk. It was very well situated for walking to the local beach & a handful of lovely restaurants where the staff were very friendly & prices very reasonable. The little dotto train was great to drop off & pick up around the resort of Kiotari & there was a bus service to Rhodes & Lindos along the main road.Maria is lovely & gave us some great recommendations for places to visit & restaurants etc. She was on hand for any queries we had & to test the pool & do a quick clean mid way through our stay. We had a fabulous time, would highly recommend the villa & will hopefully return if we visit Rhodes again the future. Many thanks for making our 25th wedding anniversary stay so memorable Maria.

Maria was a super kind host. Check-in was easy and convenient - she had to wait a bit for us, unfortunately, because our flight was delayed. Not a problem. The place looks exactly like advertised. There is a lot of room, a nice swimming pool and outdoor area. We did not use the grill because we were worried about the wind but you’d have everything you’d need there. It’s convenient to get to the windsurfing spots or Lindos by car and you could also walk to a closer beach for a relaxed beach day (or chill at the pool). We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Rhodes one day.Thanks!

This villa and its hosts pretty much checked every box on our wishlist. Not an easy task for a family holiday of 8 people. The images do not do the property justice and it is far more spacious than it appears. The villa is cared for and well maintained. You cannot fault it with decor or cleanliness. We immediatly felt at ease.We loved the privacy the loaction offers. It was a real treat to not have any other homes overlooking and meant we could enjoy playing music with the speaker provided. Although a little hidden away the villa and grounds surrounding still feel very safe. We are really pleased to have chosen a villa a little bit away from the larger towns it was so peaceful. When you have a car (which is ideal regardless of where you are staying on the island) everything was a short enjoyable drive away. We even looked into renting a convertable to enjoy the drives some more.The hosts were so helpful and any minor issues were sorted with amazing efficency!They were there for any questions we had and even anticipated the need for wheelchair fiendly restaurants and were ready with recomendations on our arrival.They were very accomodating with things such as receiving a delivery form a health food store we had arranged before our arrival. There is not a great deal of choice in wheelchair friendly or fully accessible villas out there and we knew this was not considered to be one when booking. However for my son the transfer from the groundfloor bedroom to bathroom, living room area and pool was effortless which is all we really wanted.We really hope to return soon we think weve discovered a gem!
