In this beautiful, exclusive and large studio apartment with four beds you can enjoy the highest comfort on 31m2 close to the centre, equipped with a modern kitchen and a bathroom. In the studio there is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for four persons with cutlery, crockery and pans and is equipped with two hotplates as well as a combination appliance that can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. A balcony is also part of the studio apartment and offers additional comfort.
In the basement there are washing machines which can be used freely. For business and pleasure, Wi-Fi Internet and a television with international channels are available.
You live centrally on the Allmend and still have a variety of leisure and recreation possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Not far from the residential building is the exhibition centre, where interesting fairs take place on a regular basis, such as the Central Switzerland adventure fair Luga. Next door there is also a sports building with indoor swimming pool, wellness facilities and fitness centre. In the same building there is also a Migros supermarket. So you have shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Also some restaurants are not far away.

I've stayed in this building for various work reasons for the last 8 years and find it ideal for commuting and home office.
Two things I noticed. The sink leaks when releasing dish washing water. It leaks into the rubbish bin below.
And the little light above the sink did not work.
