Super Lage, auch wenn es von Aussen etwas schäbig wirkt, ist man fussläufig super schnell in der Altstadt, es gibt Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt an der Strasse. Die Wohnung ist toll eingreichtet, komfortable Möbel und eine sehr grosse Terrasse. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls sympathisch und unkompliziert. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein, ein WC steht ist direkt neben der Waschmaschine, so dass es unkomfortabel zur Benutzung ist, das Licht im Wohnzimmer muss bei der Steckdose ein- und ausgeschaltet werden und das Badezimmer ist etwas abgewohnt. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die getrost für all die Pluspunkte in Kauf genommen werden.

Excellent location, walking distance into town. Spacious apartment. Nicely furnished & very well-equipped. Friendly, easy-going owner. Parking included. Lovely balcony.
Bathroom facilities could be a bit cleaner, but that was the only small downside. A bit pricey, but understandable for the size, location and facilities offered.

The apartment is big with a nice living room and the terrace is a plus. There’s a free parking spot. The location is great, a close walking distance to the old town of Lucerne.

Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely rooftop terrace.
The washing machine was broken and also the plug in the sink got stuck. Informed the owner a few times no response. We had to make other arrangements for our washing.
