Prima ruim huis met zwembad en terrassen met uitzicht op stadje. Bijzonder zijn de grote wijnkelder en de “wenteltrap” naar boven.

Hoewel mooi gelegen en goed verzorgd, was de geur van de koeienboerderij vlakbij een echte domper die maakte dat buitenzitten of het raam opendoen niet echt aangenaam was.
