About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a renovated Wilhelminian style building in the southern suburb of Brandvorwerkstrasse. The bright apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In addition, a shop is available as a living room.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (200x160cm). In the living room there is a sofa bed (200x140 cm) and a sofa bed (190x80cm) as an extra bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine is available. There is WiFi in the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price. Final cleaning included in the price.
The city of Leipzig has been charging a visitor's tax of € 3.00 per person / per night since 01.01.2019. This is also payable. Exceptions are a. Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 Age. This is also payable.
A separate, locked parking lot is available.
This apartment has an ideal location. With public transport you can be at the market square or the main train station in 10 minutes. The bus stop line 89 is approx. 100 m from the apartment. If you come by car, you can get there from the Leipzig-Süd exit on the A38 in 10 minutes.
The apartment is in a quiet side street, right on Fockeberg in the floodplain forest. From there you have a wonderful view of Leipzig. The city center, sights such as the Leipzig Zoo and the Monument to the Battle of the Nations can be reached in a few minutes by bus and train.
The "Karli" (Karl-Liebknecht-Str.) Is a 5-minute walk away. On the popular south mile of Leipzig you will find bars, cafés, pubs, restaurants and much more. Life pulsates here. In addition, this colorful street offers a variety of shops, bookstores, boutiques and wine and fashion stores.

Perfect apartment for anyone visiting Leipzig. It is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Close to public transportation for access to Leipzig Markt and shopping. One block to park and nice walking trails. This was our second time staying here and will certainly use it again for our next visit.

Nice appartment near at the centre of Leipzig.Excellent great appartment with all amenities.
We had rental bikes, (hired near at the Bahnhof), city centre is in 15 mins, very easy. Small disadvantage the noise when the gate of the main terrain will be closed hard.

The flat is quiet, large, clean, comfortable and very well appointed and our host, Dirk, was extremely helpful. The lounge - formerly a shop - is quirky. There’s a small balcony overlooking the car park area for all the flats. It’s an easy 7 minute walk to the tram and approx. 10 minutes’ tram ride into the centre of Leipzig.
