Villa Rosa Marina
Rosa Marina in Ostuni in Puglia is the epitome of Mediterranean way of life of the upper class. The fascinating, just a short distance away Situated white town of Ostuni to 300 m hill owes its fame in Italy in the first place this chic and spacious resort. Rosa Marina is true after many years still as a trendy destination for the summer. (It is passable through a barrier and is open all year 24 h guarded).
This charming holiday home Rosa Marina is located there, surrounded by exclusive Mediterranean villas with beautiful lush gardens, embedded in an impressive vegetation. Picturesque bays and beaches that are lined with fragrant, growing wild maquis, this form the framework.
In this beautiful setting, Villa Rosa Marina in a fascinating entourage of tall palm trees, pine trees and cypresses, fragrant oleander and rosemary bushes and towering figs - on its own 1000 square meter plot of course.
From the entrance with a shady park gazebo where the garden puts his tracks, the path leads directly to the terrace of the house. The outdoor area offers inviting seating areas for cozy gatherings with family.
Magnificent olive trees, reeds, Opunzien and evergreen hedges lined up on the estate together. Purple bougainvillea and delicate roses set harmonious color accents. Mediterranean flair and urban solidity are united perfectly here.
The house is very spacious.
The light-filled dining room overlooking the countryside, the Apulian specialties on the table. The living room with rustic touch leads directly to the terrace and the beautiful garden of the house. Satellite TV is available.
The Villa Rosa Marina has 3 spacious bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 room with 2 single beds). 2 of the 3 rooms have distinctive iron beds, and on the walls hang old prints. In the case of 7 guests, a bed can be placed.
Both in 2013 completely renovated bathrooms have a very fresh flavor.
The kitchen is my gas stove, equipped a large fridge and dishwasher.
A brick spiral staircase leads up to the roof terrace and leaves a wide open view of the countryside. In the garden you will find chairs for enjoyable and relaxing hours in the open air.
The holiday home has both washing machine and an air conditioning (hot / cold). Thus, it is also ideal for the cooler months.
It is just 200 meters from the sea.
Kilometers wide sandy beaches that lead to Torre Canne, ideal for long paziergängen here - pieds dans l'eau understood.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Garten ebenfalls. Modern eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Man braucht zu Fuß nur ein paar wenige Minuten zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand, der auch Ende Aug/Anfang Sept. nicht wirklich voll war. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief reibungslos. Wir würden das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen und hoffen sehr, dass wir wiederkommen werden.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön eingebettet in das Gebiet des Rosa Marina Ressorts. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön feinsandig. Im Herbst (11. - 24.10) waren wir dort alleine. Nur wenige andere Häuser auf der Anlage waren belegt. Einziger Nachteil: der Supermarkt auf dem Gelände hatte begrenzte Öffnungszeiten von angeblich 9 bis 13 Uhr. Wer allerdings mit deutscher Pünktlichkeit um 9 Uhr dort erscheint, steht noch länger vor verschlossenenen Türen. Einkaufen deshalb besser bei Famila in Ostuni.
