"L’Antico Trullo" a lovely place in the countryside, an authentic trullo from the end of XVIII Century, with 4 cones is the undisputed star in a historic Borghetto.
LOCATION
L’Antico Trullo strategically located between Ostuni and Cisternino, but just a few kilometers from the sea. You will find an enchanting group of small houses in traditional Apulian style. In a district surrounded by green olive trees, fig trees, almond trees and prickly pears.
HOSPITALITY
Three units composed by a Trullo and two Lamie, parking, outdoor space with a gazebo and a large table for lunches and dinners with barbeque in the beautiful and impressive view of the Ostuni countryside.
ACCOMMODATION
• The TRULLO accommodates up to 4 people, it consists of a central space and three alcoves, respectively, with double bed (size cm 120×190), single bed, single sofa-bed.
• A LAMIA (beloging to the Trullo) with three separate entrances: kitchen, closet with washing machine, bathroom with shower.
• A second independent LAMIA, accommodates 1 or 2 people with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
HOW TO BOOK
If you book up to 4 people, you will be hosted in the Trullo (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single sofa-bed);
If you book for more than 4 persons, you will be hosted in the Trullo and also in the Lamia (Lamia 1 double bed and bath en suite).
BOOKING DETAILS
If you book for 4 people you will be accommodated in the Trullo (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single sofa bed);
If you are more than 4 people (5 or 6) you will also be accommodated in the Lamia (1 double bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning) at a cost of SixtyEuros per day and you will make the reservation for 6 even if you are 5 as the use of the Lamia has higher costs being an independent structure with air conditioning and internal bathroom).
***** AVICE FOR BOOKING FOR 2 COUPLES *****
If you are 2 couples that require more privacy, we advise you to book the Trullo (double bed) and Lamia (another double bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning), the reservation must be indicated for the total amount of the structure and therefore you will have to book for 6 people (and not for 4 as the use of lamia has higher costs being an independent structure with air conditioning and internal bathroom). In this case the cost of the 2 extra guests will be 80Euros per day.
***IMPORTANT***
All guests who book will be able to make full use of the structure made available to them, they will have access to the entire place and it will mean the outdoor space with garden, patio, table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, laundry, kitchen, utility room, parking . If the LAMIA (the dependance) will not be booked (with the above Booking details) it will closed or it will be useful for us.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
• Linen and towels.
• Charges (gas, water, electricity, wifi) are included.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check in time is normally from 2pm, check out should be by 10am. If you have special need for your arrival or departure please let us know in time so we can find together a solution compatibly with the cleaning of the apartment and the needs of the other guests.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Trulli. Everything was perfect! The rooms were impeccably clean and the owners were so helpful. The location was ideal for our day trips to Ostuni, Lecce, Locorotondo, Polignano, and Matera. This stay was the highlight of our trip!

We had a nice stay in this farmhouse. The house was nicely located between Ostuni and Cisternino. The owners were always available by phone or email and their parents live in the adjacent house to help with check in or any other questions that arise. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the morning and having a glass of wine at night in the outdoor patio.

It suited our desire to stay in a Trullo - but there was no attached bathroom so u must go outside to another building if you need to go in the middle of the night (which I did several times) lucky it wasn’t raining during the stay. Also, the doorway opening to the main bedroom was very low - so we used the other bedroom rather than hit our heads.
It would have been nice to actually meet the owners rather than the morning of our departure. However the parents were available and on site when needed. We found it very difficult to find the property and we’re met by the owners father to guide us. As an experience it an authentic stay.
