Ein großer, lichtdurchfluteter Wohn- / Eßbereich mit Wintergartencharakter und einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche bieten Raum für einen entspannten Urlaub. Deckenventilatoren sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima im apulischen Sommer.
Das Haus bietet Platz für max. 8 Personen in 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Doppelbetten; 2 Einzelbetten) mit 2 separaten, komfortabel eingerichteten Bädern.
Im Außenbereich entspannen Sie an einem 7x4 Meter großen Pool mit eigenem Sanitärbereich und lassen die Seele unter einem 50 Jahre alten Olivenbaum baumeln.
Als weitere Annehmlichkeiten stehen Ihnen ein Pizzaofen, Grillmöglichkeiten, eine Außenveranda and 2 überdachte PKW-Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

Die ausgewiesenen Preise gelten für eine Belegung mit max. 5 Personen Für weitere Personen berechnen wir 15 Euro per Person je Nacht. Kinder bis 4 Jahre sind kostenfrei.
