Nice location. Good breakfast. Cheese store in the village. Decoration style. Pool is nice though it was cold already. The staff is nice and hospitable.
Everything is falling apart. Many things in the room ate to be fixed - hooks, curtains, faucets.
The shower hardly worked and it took time to convince the staff to fix it. The night shift manager was rude and unhelpful, the day one - vice versa as well as the technician (but of course the guests shouldn't meat the technician at all).

The facility was great, set in a secluded area surrounded by the countryside. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and tea, coffee and water were available all the time.

a peaceful retreat in the hills near Bologna spacious room with breakfast really good and fresh.
Pool is really good, it opens at 9,30 in morning keep that in mind

Clean nice breakfast
The property is undergoing renovation removed the garden with a pool and not putting the rates down even though your not getting the same views plus WATER CUTT OFF PLUS NOISE FROM DIGGERS
