About this bed and breakfast
Dependence of the period residence of the Malvasia family in the center of a large park with centuries old trees. The quiet of the countryside and the beauty of the hills will welcome you in a unique and magical environment. There is a lounge with a very large breakfast room of 60 m2, a super equipped kitchen for our guests of over 10 m2, an outdoor area with chairs for up to 13 people.
Just minutes from the city, you will find an oasis of peace and tranquility. Next to Villa Grifone, Guglielmo Marconi's house, in the middle of the Bolognese hills.
Dependence of the period residence surrounded by nature 13 km from the center of Bologna and 9 km from the Bologna Casalecchio motorway exit. In the center of a private park of 80 hectares, completely renovated, furnished with period furniture.
On the first floor there are:
4 twin/double rooms with 1 bathroom (there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor)
Studio apartment with private bathroom (max 4 people)
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with private internal bathroom
The large adjacent garden is available. Pets are welcome. Very welcoming environment even for children.
Barbecue available on request and by reservation only at a cost of 39.00 euros
Living in the adjacent house, we are always available for our guests for any need or request they may have.
