PODERE SAN DONATO
Podere San Donato a corner of heaven on earth just half an hour from a big city like Rome.
A beautiful and extremely unique countryhouse built around an ancient archeological area of Ocriculum, Podere San Donato is an ancient countryhouse (of the XVIII century) recently renovated, maintaining its characteristics of typical Umbrian countryhouse with oak beams and floors and ceilings in brick handmade.
The interior has been beautifully updated by the owners. The elegant and spacious home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a grand living room, a beautiful vintage kitchen, and a landscaped garden terrace with sweeping panoramic views.
The house is tastefully furnished with both antique and modern furniture.
The property is surrounded of 10 hectares planted with cereals and sunflower , which in summer offers a beautiful spectacle. Behind the house there is a forest of oak and olivestree , where, in August, you can pick fruit around.
Centrally located between Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany: 1 hr to Rome and FCO airport, 2 hrs to Florence.
Excellent connection by A1 freeway and main train system.
Podere San Donato is located less than a kilometer from the Ocria Otricoli Airfield, an excellent point of arrival for avioturists, but also an opportunity for those arriving by car but want to book a ride on an ultralight to fly over the region!
At the arrival one person from our family will be there to greet our guests. For the rest of your stay you will have complete privacy.
CHECK-IN
After 7 pm is possible but there is an extra to pay that is:
€20 between 8 and 10pm €30 between 10 and midnight €50 after midnight
TOURIST TAX
For the region of Umbria is € 1.50 per day per person for the first 4 days.
EXTRA WINTER EXPENSES
During the winter stay heating and wood costs are billed separately.

Très belle ferme ancienne, la piscine est très agréable (il y en a même une deuxième plus petite), les hôtes sont très gentils et font leur possible pour rendre le séjour agréable. .
Les seuls inconvénients sont la cuisine qui est petite pour une grande famille qui cuisine beaucoup et l’accès à la maison sur un chemin caillouteux assez long.

Il casale è immerso nella tranquillità,ideale per una vacanza di pieno relax in famiglia o tra amici. Comodo e funzionale l'appartamento vero e proprio, e sfruttabilissimo in qualsiasi ora del giorno il patio attrezzato di cui dispone. Punto forte la piscina privata con vista sulla valle, davvero piacevole. Posto meraviglioso anche per gli amici a quattro zampe,che possono girare liberamente su tutta la proprietà.
Maria Laura inoltre si è dimostrata una persona squisita,che ci ha accolti affettuosamente al nostro arrivo e si è resa disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno per qualsiasi esigenza.
