We booked about four of these all but identical suites for a weekend's work in Viterbo. The host was hugely attentive, ensuring the smoothest arrival and depature. She was incredibly helpful about late check out. The property was well heated for an autumn stay. She speaks impeccable Italian and English.
And her recommendation for restaurant was spot on
