About this villa rental
Villa Morandi is an attractive villa rental with private swimming pool located close to the pictoresque village of Loro Ciuffenna in the heart of Tuscany. Thanks to the careful restoration of part of a large typical Tuscan farmhouse, the property can now sleep up to 14 guests. This, added to the added bonus of a pleasant private garden and extensive furnished terraces, turn Villa Morandi into the perfect choice to fully enjoy an authentic Tuscan holiday. Inside, the villa is divided into two self-contained units rented together as a whole to benefit from the exclusive use of the gardens and the pool, yet providing privacy to the guests when necessary (there are anyway large common areas to spend time together). The family of the owner lives unobstructively in the back part of the farmhouse and does not have access to the gardens or the pool in order to provide more privacy. Outside, Villa Morandi offers to its gardens and terraces, perfectly furnished with dining facilities and stylish armchairs to enjoy the beautiful mild weather of Tuscany. A barbecue is also available.
The large private swimming pool, reserved for the exclusive use of the guests, is provided with parasols and sunbeds and measures 8m x 4m.

First floor: living area with 2 armchairs and panoramic views, living room satellite tv), an extra dining area with kitchenette (oven, fridge, freezer), 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
UNIT 2 (named OLIVO)
Piano terreno: living room (satellite TV), dining area (2 steps above) with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer).
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The following might be to be paid extra: Electricity, Final Cleaning, Heating, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

A great villa. Split into two units both with front doors onto the front covered patio. We were a group of three families, 12 in total with ages from 2 - 70. A covered outside dining area to the front and a canvas covered area at the rear to seat us all. A great pool with plenty of sun beds and chairs. A brilliant restaurant 500 metres down the shared quiet driveway. Not to be missed and their own red wine was terrific and the cheapest bottle on the wine list. Definitely highly recommended.

Great house with sleeping rooms with fans, enough bathrooms. Perfect for 3 families with different areas. Big garden, nice patio and good swimmingpool. Pool was very cold, which was a good thing and was cleaned every night. Sometimes the dogs from the owner were barking at night, but they got used to us. Very nice owner, speaks only italian.

If you like peace and quiet in Tuscany? This is the place for you! For us from the US, not so much! The home is very far from Florence and there are no groceries close by. You have to go to a small town for groceries and the stores closed at 8 pm. Transportation is another difficulty. No Uber! Taxi, train, or buses. Taxi by appointment and bus ride will take 40 minutes to town and train ride is an hour to Florence. Unless you have your rental car, the issue will be resolved! If you would like to rental a car, make sure you have international permits. Map out a head of time before you travel.
