About this house rental

This 6-bedroom holiday home in Trooz, Ardennes is a luxurious retreat for up to 19 guests, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy a private indoor pool with jet stream, sauna, bubble bath, and a recreation room with billiards, foosball, and darts. A bar area and sunny terrace make it ideal for relaxing indoors or out.

Surrounded by nature, the home is just 100 m from the forest and close to scenic trails like Vallée du Ninglinspo and La Roche aux Faucons. Explore Liège (11 km), or take a day trip to Malmedy, Stavelot, or the Spa-Francorchamps F1 circuit (50 km). Restaurants (2 km) and shops (4 km) are nearby.

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and free WiFi. Electricity, water, and heating (oil €1.50/l) are charged on-site. No parties or youth groups allowed.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Was cold in 2 rooms heater doesnt work and 1 bad , the water was not flushing. But the whola part it was good. So thats why the middle we chosse.

De concierge was in eerste instantie was skeptich omdat onze groep bestond uit 12 mannen. Maar na een vriendelijke rondleiding hebben wij ten volle genoten van dit huisje. Is zeker nog een groep waar wij naar terug zullen gaan.

L'accueil était très bon, le propriétaire nous a même donné des supers chemins pour faire du vélo dans la région, la maison est parfaite et le welness un plus. On a passé un excellent séjour, je recommande.
