Nestled just 20 m from the forest, it features a Nordic outdoor bath, wood-fired sauna, and a spacious garden, perfect for reconnecting with nature. The recreation room, fully equipped kitchens, and ample dining space make it ideal for family gatherings or group retreats. Explore the lively center of Liège, just a short drive away, or enjoy nearby attractions like Forestia (10 km) and Safari Monde Sauvage (6 km). The area is rich in hiking and cycling trails, and the city of Spa is only 15 km away. After a day of adventure, unwind on the terrace or gather around the barbecue. It’s a beautiful location and home, perfect for gathering a large group. From the large kitchen and dining table, to the central room where you can gather around the pellet stove for warmth, to the well appointed bedrooms- each with en suite bathroom, this is a delightful location. It’s important to note that simple amenities are not provided. There are no throw blankets to warm up with in the winter, and even basic amenities like hand soap, toilet paper, and trash bags need to be brought as they are not provided. Within these constraints, the location is quite lovely. From the sauna and hot tub in winter, to outdoor seating that is sure to be delightful in summer, this location has something for all seasons!

This place is a gem! We loved the rustic charm and the beautiful surroundings, The location is ideal for nature lovers, with plenty of hiking trails nearby, It felt like a home away from home, and we can't wait to return!

Wij hebben met meerdere gezinnen een midweek doorgebracht in dit fantastische verblijf. De villa is recent zeer stijlvol gerenoveerd en erg geschikt voor veel mensen. Het huis is zeer schoon, er is een overvloed aan ruimte, de slaapkamers zijn licht en mooi met comfortabele bedden en goede badkamers. Er zijn meerdere koelkasten en diepvriezers, meerdere ovens, meerdere fornuizen, meerdere vaatwassers en meer dan voldoende servies en bestek. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht! Erg prettig als je er met een groot gezelschap verblijft! Ook buiten is het aangenaam verblijven. Er zijn meerdere zitjes waardoor je, indien gewenst, even de rust kan opzoeken. Van de houtgestookte sauna hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt, maar de houtgestookte tub is veel gebruikt! Het huis heeft erg veel privacy, omdat er geen woningen in de buurt gelegen zijn. Er is zicht op de hooggelegen snelweg, maar de ruis hebben wij niet als storend ervaren. De locatie direct aan de rivier, maakte het voor de kinderen extra leuk! In de tuin staat er een stevig hek voor de rivier. De rivier is wel bereikbaar vanaf de oprit. Ook de dart, biljart en jeux de boules hebben voor veel plezier gezorgd. In de omgeving kun je prachtig wandelen en ook de grotten zijn een bezoek waard! De eigenaren denken mee en zijn uiterst vriendelijk! Al met al voor herhaling vatbaar!
