We had a peaceful two-week stay and really enjoyed the quiet surroundings, beautiful night skies, and lovely walks nearby. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help when we had a noise issue. Several nice beaches are just a short drive away.
On the downside, the beach directly in front of the villa was unfortunately full of trash and unusable during our visit. There is no cleaning service during the stay, so guests should be prepared to manage this themselves, especially for longer visits. The biggest issue we faced was the water supply, as the municipal system was shut off in the afternoons almost daily. While there is a backup water system via a cement basin in the garden, it’s uncovered and exposed to the elements and can only be turned on through the other villa, meaning you are dependent on those guests for water during outages.

Lovely villa with great privacy on quite place but still close to Arkassa, the best thing is big terrace with amazing sea view and sunsets, shade in the morning, on the other side shade in the evening, fully equipped kitchen with all you need, good shower, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, solid working wifi, loved jogging to Agios Theodoros and back, very helpful and nice owner, we can highly recommend this unique villa. And must mention you can watch night sky with milky way like nowhere else.
