The lower ground floor can be accessed via an exterior staircase and has four additional bedrooms, each with its own kitchenette and TV (flat screen), and two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bidet/WC. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that can be accessed from several of the bedrooms and living areas.

The house is equipped with various amenities that will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Air conditioning, washing machine, hydro massage bath, heat available (gas heating at an extra cost), microwave, and television (flat screen) are provided for your convenience. The kitchenettes in each room are fully equipped with a stove with four hot plates, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. Additionally, the house is furnished with hair dryers and internet (WiFi) access.

Location, views and setting are magnificent. Lucignano is a cute town with enough facilities to keep you going. The downsides are the lack of central lounge area in the house, no welcome products (salt, pepper, washing powder...), and the cold water was hot!
