The apartment was clean and spacious and in a quiet side street but still very central and close to everything

We stayed in the Andrea apartment. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was a fabulous location.

Great location
It had a smell and they only told us just before arrival that the keys needed to be collected at a different hotel . Keys were not labelled so had to keep switching them to open different doors

In a good location, close to everything and within walking distance to so much. Comfortable bed, but only 1x pillow each. Nice and clean. No additional incidentals were provided (not that they had to, but other properties we stayed in did provide something extra). Was nice and quiet, but did get some people talking and smoking just below bedroom window from time to time.
Would have been nice if someone met us at the property to let us in. We had to lug our luggage over an extra bridge to collect the key, which was hard work. Apartment felt gloomy when we went in as no shutters open for natural light. Couldn’t work blind over kitchen sink. No compendium in room - had to ask for it.
