POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

The three separate condos were perfect for our annual family vacation with our four kids and 11 grandchildren. We loved going to the Beach in the morning, and paddle boarding in the bay in the afternoon. Great location for both.
I would have given five stars, but the condos were a little run down and could use some updates, but nothing that made our stay there uncomfortable.
I was excited that there were six garage spaces, unfortunately, the entry was so low, only two vehicles were able to park there. If you have an SUV, or have luggage racks on your vehicle, you won't be able to park there. We were able to find parking across the Bay at the recreation center, and since we didn't really need to use our vehicles that much, it worked out perfectly. Street parking is limited, and there is no parking on Tues and Fri mornings from 8am - 10am.
Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would probably rent there again.

Our family (8 adults and 9 children) enjoyed the Waterfront 7. The three units comfortably accommodated the entire family (nine total bedrooms). We used the larger ground floor unit and patio to host lunches and dinners for the entire group. The units are well furnished, kitchen's well equipped, and plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. We had a fabulous stay and would book this unit again. The Host (Surf Style Vacation Homes) is very professional. Good communication, easy access, and easy check out. The unit was clean and we had ample towels and supplies.

In summary, our accommodations were adequate for hosting three families and having a large gathering space in the ground floor unit. All agreed that the three separate units allowed for privacy while keeping everyone relatively close. There was also agreement that the units were in need of updating and a little TLC. The location was ideal with volleyball on the beach a few steps away.

We reserved these 3 units for separate families to stay during a nearby wedding weekend at the MB Women's Club. The units and bedrooms were large, every bedroom except one had a tv, so it fit everyone perfectly. Each unit was well equipped with kitchenware, seating, and extra bedding. And the bay was so much more calm and relaxing than other places we've stayed on the ocean front side. A wonderful wedding weekend!
