- Guest Requirements – To comply with HOA and local regulations, the primary renter must be at least 30 years old. For groups made up entirely of adults, all guests must meet the minimum age requirement.
- Occupancy – Maximum occupancy includes both overnight guests and daytime visitors and must not exceed the number stated in your reservation. Exceptions may be made for children under age 2. Overcrowding or exceeding occupancy limits may result in termination of the reservation without a refund.
- Noise – Our homes are intended for relaxing beach getaways—not parties. Please keep music and other noise to a respectful level. Noise that can be heard from 50 feet away is prohibited. Parties, loud gatherings, or any illegal activity may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
- Combination Listings – Planning a larger group stay? Only one approved combination listing may be reserved per stay to comply with local occupancy rules.

You cannot beat the location and the views. We took over the entire top floor and it was amazing. On top of that, the kitchens had everything you needed to cook and feed our gang. Management couldn’t make it easier.

Photos do not do this rental justice! The views from this penthouse suite is breathtaking. When we walked in the windows were open so we had the most amazing breeze. The views from all the windows were just spectacular. We were going to go to La Jolla for a day but decided why leave this spectacular place when we could see dolphins and seals outside our windows and balconies. Maybe we didn't see as many seals as we would have at La Jolla but we saw the cutest one playing with a fish and it tossed it and caught it for quite a while. Coffee on the balcony and the main living area are just the absolute best. No one wanted to leave except we needed to explore the fun coffee shops and amazing burritos from local breakfast shops. Seriously, our group loved the top Penthouse suites. We had both units booked and it was perfect for our group. We all agree that we will be back!

It's rare to stay somewhere and find absolutely everything you need—but that was exactly our experience in at Ocean Vista Penthouse units 6&7. These two units comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests; we had 16 in our group and still had beds to spare, which made it perfect for our big family gathering.
SurfStyle was great with communication—they provided clear check-in instructions, and the property was ready exactly when they said it would be. Shortly after arrival, we even received a message checking in to make sure everything was okay, which was a thoughtful touch.
The location is fantastic—just steps from the beach, with volleyball nets, coffee shops, and bars all within easy walking distance. It's worth noting that the area can be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the San Diego airport runway, but the convenience and vibrancy of the location more than made up for it.
All in all, this was a great spot for our group, and we'd gladly stay here again.
